Hermit Road
A great thing to do in Grand Canyon National Park Arizona is take a drive down Hermit Road, a seven-mile-long scenic route through the canyon. You can reach this scenic route from either the Grand Canyon Village, or by taking the red or blue shuttle lines. Desert View Drive
Driving along the Desert View Drive is one of the best things to do in Grand canyon National Park Arizona for kids. It is 6.5 miles long, and starts near Grand Canyon Village. You can’t ride the shuttle bus along this road, so you will need to drive your own car. The drive can be completed in about an hour, but it is recommended that you allow at least a half day.
