More Details on Our Top Picks
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little) (Amazon Exclusive)
This holiday 4-pack stands out for offering a variety of characters like Maritza the Cactus and Tinsley the Peppermint Latte, making it ideal for holiday collectors seeking a themed set. Compared with the larger 14-inch Holiday Fox, this pack’s smaller size makes it perfect for gifting or stacking on a shelf, but it might not satisfy those craving larger, huggable plush. The official Jazwares quality ensures softness and durability, while the exclusive Amazon availability adds collectibility. However, the limited theme confines it to seasonal use, and the small size may not appeal to those wanting plush for cuddling or display year-round.
Pros:- Soft, ultrasoft plush material for a cozy feel
- Includes four distinct characters with individual bios
- Official Jazwares product, exclusive to Amazon
Cons:- Limited to holiday theme, reducing year-round appeal
- Small size may not suffice for plush collectors seeking larger toys
Best for: Families or collectors looking for a festive, compact set to add holiday cheer to their collection.
Not ideal for: Individuals wanting larger, more cuddly plush toys or non-seasonal decor pieces.
- Includes:4 Squishmallows
- Characters:Maritza, Stevon, Clayton, Tinsley
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Theme:Holiday
Our verdict“This set is ideal for holiday collectors or gift-givers seeking a festive, small-scale plush pack.”
Squishmallows Original Harvest 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Amazon Exclusive)
This harvest-themed 4-pack, featuring characters like Ulana the Turkey and Alberta the Maple Latte, offers a cozy seasonal vibe similar to the holiday set but with a broader appeal for autumn lovers. While the plush qualities match the holiday pack’s softness, its diverse character lineup makes it more versatile for year-round display than the strictly seasonal holiday set. The Amazon exclusivity provides good value, but the smaller size might disappoint those seeking larger, more cuddly plush. Compared to the Micromallows Advent Calendar, this bundle provides a more substantial plush experience, yet sacrifices the tiny, collectible aspect.
Pros:- High-quality, ultrasoft plush for cuddling
- Characters have unique bios adding personality
- Exclusive Amazon bundle offers good value
Cons:- Limited to Amazon, reducing accessibility
- Small size may not satisfy plush collectors craving larger toys
Best for: Fall enthusiasts or collectors wanting a versatile seasonal set for autumn decor or gifting.
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking large, plush toys for cuddling or children who prefer bigger stuffed animals.
- Includes:4 plush characters
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Exclusive:Amazon
- Characters:Ulana, River, Rhett, Alberta
Our verdict“This harvest-themed pack suits fall fans and collectors wanting a seasonal yet versatile plush set.”
Squishmallows Micromallows Holiday Advent Calendar
The Micromallows Advent Calendar offers a festive countdown with 24 miniature 2.5-inch plush characters like Brooke the Polar Bear, making it a charming gift for holiday enthusiasts. Unlike the larger 14-inch or 8-inch plushes, this calendar emphasizes quantity over size, appealing to collectors who enjoy miniature collectibles and daily surprises. Its small size limits cuddling, but it provides a fun, compact display that complements holiday decor. Compared to the Fleur Yule Log, which is larger and more huggable, the Micromallows excel in offering a seasonal surprise element, though it may feel less substantial for those seeking plush for hugging or long-term display.
Pros:- Includes 24 holiday-themed miniature plushes
- Compact size makes it easy to display or gift
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
Cons:- Small size reduces cuddling comfort
- Limited appeal outside holiday season
- Less suitable for those preferring larger plush toys
Best for: Holiday lovers wanting a festive countdown with collectible minis and small-space display options.
Not ideal for: People seeking larger plush for cuddling or children wanting plush toys for play rather than collection.
- Size:2.5 inches
- Number of Items:24
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“Perfect for holiday countdown fans and collectors who enjoy miniature plush surprises during festive seasons.”
Squishmallows Holiday Fox 14” Plush
The Holiday Fox plush, measuring 14 inches, offers a substantial size for cuddling and display, making it a step above smaller holiday plushes like the Yule Log or Micromallows in heft and presence. Its ultrasoft material and unique character design make it a standout holiday decoration or gift. However, the limited information on specific features or bio details suggests it’s more of a decorative piece than a plush with deep personality traits. Compared with the Fleur Yule Log, this plush’s larger size makes it more versatile as a holiday centerpiece, but it might be less suited for small children or casual plush collectors seeking more detailed character bios.
Pros:- Large 14-inch size for impact and cuddling
- Ultra-soft, high-quality fabric for comfort
- Unique holiday-themed design
Cons:- Limited details on character bios or personality
- Size may be too large for small spaces or travel
Best for: Holiday decorators or gift-givers wanting a sizable, plush holiday figure with a plush, cuddly feel.
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking smaller, more portable plush toys or those wanting detailed character bios.
Our verdict“Ideal for those seeking a larger, plush holiday accent or gift that combines softness and visual appeal.”
Squishmallows 8in Fleur The Yule Log Plush
This 8-inch Fleur Yule Log plush manages to deliver a charming, holiday-themed collectible in a compact size. Its soft, ultrasoft fabric makes it cozy to hold, and the unique name and bio add a personal touch similar to the larger 14-inch Fox. Compared to the Micromallows advent calendar, this plush offers a more substantial, cuddly option for fans wanting a holiday-themed plush to keep year-round. The size limits its use as a main plush for cuddling, and the specific Yule Log theme might restrict it to seasonal decor, unlike more versatile characters like the Fox.
Pros:- Soft, plush texture for cuddling
- Unique name and bio add collectible value
- Official Squishmallows product with authenticity seal
Cons:- Limited to 8-inch size, less impact for cuddling
- Theme may restrict use outside of holidays
Best for: Collectors seeking a small, high-quality holiday plush with character and seasonal charm.
Not ideal for: Those wanting a large, plush toy for cuddling or a non-seasonal gift.
Our verdict“A perfect small collectible for seasonal decor or gifting to fans of holiday plushes.”
Squishmallows 14in Nick the Santa Claus Plush
This 14-inch Nick the Santa Claus plush stands out for its playful twist on Santa, dressed in a Hawaiian shirt, making it a memorable holiday collectible. Compared with the smaller Micromallows advent calendars, this plush offers a substantial size for cuddling and display, though it may appeal mostly to fans of Santa-themed or holiday-specific plush toys. Its ultrasoft high-quality material ensures a cozy feel, and the unique character design adds charm. However, its appeal is limited to those who love holiday or Santa-themed plushes, which might narrow its audience. While it’s perfect as a gift for Santa fans or collectors, it isn’t ideal for someone seeking a more versatile or year-round plush toy.
Pros:- Large size for impactful display and cuddling
- Unique Santa character with fun Hawaiian shirt design
- Made with ultrasoft, high-quality material
Cons:- Limited appeal to those not interested in Santa or holiday themes
- Relatively higher price point for a single plush
Best for: Santa fans and collectors looking for a festive, display-worthy plush with personality
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking a small, versatile gift plush or toys for everyday cuddling
- Size:14 inches
- Character:Nick the Santa Claus
- Material:Ultrasoft high-quality material
- Brand:Squishmallows
Our verdict“This plush makes the most sense for Santa enthusiasts and holiday collectors seeking a distinctive, cuddly ornament.”
Squishmallows 12in Hedda The Milk for Santa Plush
Hedda the Milk for Santa offers a charming 12-inch size that’s perfect for cuddling and gifting, especially compared to larger plush like the 14-inch Nick the Santa Claus. Her ultrasoft material and unique bio make her appealing for both kids and collectors, with a design that fits well in smaller spaces. While she’s a delightful holiday character, her size may be a drawback for those wanting a more substantial plush or a versatile year-round toy. The official Squishmallows seal guarantees authenticity, but her appeal is somewhat niche—ideal for holiday fans or those seeking a cute, collectible Santa-themed plush, yet not suited for casual plush lovers who prefer larger or more durable options.
Pros:- Perfectly sized for hugging and display
- Soft, ultrasoft material enhances cuddling comfort
- Official Squishmallows product with an authentic seal
Cons:- Small size may be too tiny for some collectors
- Limited appeal outside holiday or Santa-themed plush collection
Best for: Holiday gift buyers wanting a manageable, cuddly Santa plush for kids or collectors
Not ideal for: Those seeking a larger plush for more robust play or display
- Size:12 inches
- Character:Hedda
- Material:Ultrasoft
- Brand:Squishmallows
Our verdict“Hedda is ideal for those who want a cute, Santa-themed plush that’s easy to cuddle and display, especially during the holidays.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little)
This 4-pack offers four distinct holiday-themed characters—Ingred, Omar, Marilyn, and Luna—making it a versatile choice compared to the single-character plush options like Nick or Hedda. The set provides a range of personalities and colors, perfect for holiday gifting or building a themed collection. Each plush is made from ultrasoft plush, ensuring cozy cuddling. The main tradeoff is that the characters are smaller and less detailed than larger, display-ready plushes, and the set is limited to holiday characters, making it less suitable for year-round use. This pick makes the most sense for buyers wanting variety and value in holiday plush gifts but less so for those seeking a more substantial or character-specific plush.
Pros:- Includes four different holiday characters for variety
- Soft, plush material offers cozy feel
- Official Jazwares product with authenticity
Cons:- Limited to holiday-themed characters
- No specific size info, likely smaller for easy gifting
Best for: Gift givers or collectors wanting a colorful, multi-character holiday set
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking a single, larger plush for display or everyday cuddling
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Includes:4 Squishmallows
- Characters:Ingred, Omar, Marilyn, Luna
Our verdict“This festive 4-pack is perfect for holiday gifting or adding variety to a seasonal plush collection.”
Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Advent Calendar
This advent calendar provides 24 tiny 2.5-inch Micromallows, including favorites like Nick Santa and Manny Snowman, making it ideal for holiday countdowns. Compared to larger plush sets, the Micromallows are perfect for small hands and space-constrained areas, offering daily surprises that add to the holiday excitement. Their tiny size, however, limits their appeal to those interested in collectibles or holiday-specific plush toys; they might not satisfy buyers seeking larger, more durable plush for cuddling. This calendar excels for holiday enthusiasts or collectors wanting a fun, daily unboxing experience, but isn’t suitable for those wanting plush toys for play or display beyond the season.
Pros:- Includes 24 holiday-themed Micromallows for daily unboxing
- Perfect size for display or gifting in small spaces
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
Cons:- Limited to tiny plush toys, not for cuddling or play
- Seasonal appeal only, not suitable for year-round use
Best for: Holiday countdown enthusiasts or collectors seeking daily surprises in a compact size
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting larger, more cuddly plush toys for everyday use
- Size:2.5 inches
- Includes:24 Micromallows
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“Ideal for holiday countdown fans and collectors who enjoy daily surprises in a compact, collectible format.”
Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Plush Advent Calendar
This advent calendar features 24 tiny 2.5-inch Micromallows, including characters like Benny the Bigfoot and Cam the Cat, making it a delightful seasonal collectible. Compared with larger plush options like the Nick Santa or Hedda, these small figures are ideal for collectors wanting a compact, daily holiday surprise. Their small size limits the cuddling aspect, making them less suitable for young children or as a primary plush toy. The set’s main strength is its collectible appeal for dedicated fans, though it’s not the best choice if you’re after plush toys for hugging or display outside the holiday season. This calendar makes sense for seasonal collectors or those with limited space, but not for plush lovers seeking larger toys.
Pros:- Includes 24 collectible holiday-themed plush toys
- Compact size for easy display and gifting
- Official Squishmallows product with genuine seal
Cons:- Limited to small plush toys, not for cuddling
- Seasonal-only appeal, not suitable for everyday use
Best for: Seasonal collectors seeking a daily holiday surprise in a small, collectible format
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting plush toys for cuddling or year-round display
- Size:2.5 inches
- Number of Plush Toys:24
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“Best suited for dedicated holiday collectors interested in a compact, daily gift of tiny plush surprises.”

Factors to Consider When Choosing Squishmallows Holiday List
When choosing a Squishmallows holiday list, consider several factors that influence both the gifting experience and long-term enjoyment. Size is important: smaller plushes are easier to gift or use as stocking stuffers, while larger ones make more prominent decorations or cuddle companions. Theme and character variety can make the collection more versatile or cohesive, depending on your preference. Price often correlates with detail and exclusivity, so decide whether you want a set for variety or a premium plush for a special gift. Durability and softness are essential for plush comfort, especially if intended for cuddling or frequent handling. Lastly, consider whether the plush is part of a limited edition or special release, which can add collectible value but may come with a higher price tag.Size and Comfort
Size plays a significant role in how the plush will be used or displayed. Smaller options, like Micromallows, are perfect for stockings or travel, while larger plushes become statement pieces or cuddly companions. Think about the recipient’s space and preferences—larger plushes might be overwhelming for small children or limited spaces. Conversely, tiny plushes might not provide the same visual impact or comfort for cuddling. Balancing size with the intended use ensures you pick a gift that fits both their needs and your budget.
Theme and Character Selection
Holiday-themed Squishmallows often feature Santa, logs, or winter animals, but some collections mix traditional and whimsical characters. Consider whether the recipient has favorite animals or characters, which can make the plush more meaningful. Sets offer variety, making them ideal for gift exchanges or collections, while single plushes often focus on a specific seasonal icon. Keep in mind that themed collections may limit versatility outside the holidays but can enhance festive decor during the season.
Price and Value
Prices range from budget-friendly micro plushes to premium, limited-edition sets. Generally, larger or exclusive plushes cost more but offer superior detail or uniqueness. Sets or advent calendars tend to provide better overall value for gifting multiple items or creating a holiday tradition. Beware of very cheap options that may compromise on quality or softness, and consider whether the price reflects the craftsmanship and collectible potential of the plush.
Design and Durability
Holiday Squishmallows should combine festive charm with durability. Look for plushes with sturdy stitching and soft, high-quality fabric that can withstand handling during the season. Detailed designs with embroidered features tend to last longer than cheaply printed faces. If gifting to children or for frequent handling, durability becomes even more important to prevent wear and tear over time, preserving the festive appeal for many seasons.
Exclusivity and Collectibility
Limited editions or exclusive releases, such as Amazon-exclusive sets or special holiday characters, can add a collectible edge, making the plush more desirable for fans and collectors. However, these often come at a higher price and may sell out quickly. Consider whether the recipient values exclusivity or if a more accessible, widely available plush meets their needs. Collectibility can enhance the sentimental value, transforming a simple plush into a holiday keepsake.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are Squishmallows safe for young children during the holidays?
Yes, most Squishmallows are made from child-safe, non-toxic materials and have soft, plush surfaces that are gentle on skin. However, it’s best to check the specific product’s age recommendations and avoid plushes with small parts or embellishments that could pose a choking hazard for very young children. During the holidays, ensure the plush is in good condition, with no loose seams or decorations, to prevent accidental ingestion or injury.
Do holiday Squishmallows wash well, and how should I care for them?
Most Squishmallows are machine washable on a gentle cycle, making them easy to clean after holiday use or if they get stained. It’s advisable to wash them in a pillowcase or laundry bag to protect delicate details. Air drying is recommended to maintain their shape and softness. Regular cleaning helps keep the plush fresh, especially if they’re used as cuddly companions during the busy holiday season.
Are limited-edition Squishmallows worth the higher price?
Limited-edition Squishmallows often feature unique designs and higher-quality details, making them appealing for collectors or as special gifts. Their scarcity can increase their sentimental and potential resale value over time. However, whether they’re worth the higher cost depends on your budget and the recipient’s interest—if they love collecting or have a specific favorite character, the investment can be justified. For casual gifting, more accessible options might be more practical.
Should I buy a set or individual holiday Squishmallows?
Choosing between a set and an individual plush depends on your goal. Sets, such as holiday 4-packs or advent calendars, provide variety and are great for creating a festive display or multiple gifts. Individual plushes tend to be more detailed and collectible, often focused on a single character or theme. If you want multiple options or a gift for a group, sets offer better value, but if you’re looking for a standout piece, an individual plush might be more impactful.
What is the best way to store Squishmallows after the holidays?
To preserve their shape and keep them looking new, store Squishmallows in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Using a breathable storage container or pillowcase prevents dust accumulation and protects against moisture. If you want to keep them in pristine condition for future holidays, consider gently cleaning them before storage and avoiding compressed spaces that could deform their shape. Proper storage helps maintain their softness and collectible value over the years.
Conclusion
For casual gift-givers or newcomers, the Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack offers a well-rounded, festive collection with great value. Collectors and fans looking for a unique or limited-edition piece should consider the Exclusive Advent Calendars or Premium Plushes for their detailed design and exclusivity. Those seeking a budget-friendly option or stocking stuffer will find smaller plushes or sets ideal, while families or enthusiasts wanting a standout decoration might prefer larger, more detailed plushes like the Holiday Fox or Santa plush. Each buyer can find a fitting choice based on their holiday gifting style, budget, and recipient preferences.
